I'm Alessio, storyboard artist and animator based in Italy.
I have about 7 years experience in the field of storyboarding and characters animation for TV series, short movies and video games.
Some of the projects I worked on include the WARNER BROS' series "Batwheels" (SuperProd), the NETFLIX TV series "Creature Cases" produced by TeamTO and Silvergate Media, an upcoming Japanese anime "Transcend!" produced by Toneplus Animation, the ANGRY BIRDS Slingshot Stories series (Rovio), the TV series “Mighty Mike and the wild bunch” (TeamTO), “YOYO” (Maga Animation), "Love Monster" (Karrot Animation) and a Sesame Street's "Elmo and Tango's Mysterious Mysteries!" produced by A Production ltd (collaboration with storyboard artist Diana Cuccaro).
I'm currently working as freelance storyboard artist on PEPPA PIG in collaboration with storyboard artist Marilù Rainò.
Concerning my education, I attended a three years Degree in 2D Animation and a master year in 3D Animation at TheSign -Comics and Arts Academy in Florence, attending several classes from the great teacher Michael Mattesi.
On top of that, I attended an 8-week course online in Previs Art for feature films and live action with Bevin Carnes and a Summer School in Visual Storytelling at Gobelins, l'école de l'image.
I am very passionate about animation and cinematography, and my dream is to become a director and give life to my own stories.
